Zwei REACH-Anhänge tragen die Zähne der Verordnung.

Anhang XIV: Zulassung

Ein Stoff hier darf nur mit ausdrücklicher, zeitlich befristeter Erlaubnis verwendet werden, die die Kommission erteilt. Ohne Zulassung gibt es nach dem Ablauftermin (Sunset Date) keine Verwendung.

Anhang XVII: Beschränkung

Ein Stoff hier ist für bestimmte Verwendungen direkt verboten oder begrenzt. Es gibt kein Antragsverfahren; der Grenzwert gilt einfach.

REACH Anhang XIV (Zulassungsliste, 59 Einträge) und Anhang XVII (Beschränkungsliste, 79 nummerierte Einträge) aus der konsolidierten REACH-Verordnung. Pareo pflegt das von Hand. Gestrichene Anhang-XVII-Einträge bleiben der Vollständigkeit halber stehen. Beide Anhänge ändern sich regelmäßig, prüf den genauen Eintrag also gegen ECHA und EUR-Lex. Ein Strich in der CAS-Spalte heißt Gruppe oder Reaktionsmasse, oder dass keine einzelne CAS passt.

Dies umfasst alle 59 Anhang-XIV-Einträge und alle 79 nummerierten Anhang-XVII-Einträge (gestrichene Einträge sind der Vollständigkeit halber aufgeführt). Beide Anhänge werden regelmäßig geändert; der genaue Eintrag, Anwendungsbereich und die Daten sind daher vor jeder Nutzung in der konsolidierten REACH-Verordnung und bei der ECHA zu bestätigen.
